These instructions apply to the Meta app "Kwent AI" (MSG-GROK) and to anyone who has messaged the Kwent AI Facebook Page or a client Page that uses MSG-GROK.
How to request deletion
If you messaged a Page:
On Messenger: send the message "delete my data" to the Page you chatted with; or
By email: write to kwentoperations@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data". Include the name on your Facebook account, the Page you messaged, and roughly when you messaged, so we can find the conversation.
If you are a business (Page owner) using MSG-GROK: email kwentoperations@gmail.com from your account email with the subject "Delete our Page data", naming the Page. We will turn off the bot and automation for your Page and delete the data listed below. You can also remove the app at any time in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, and remove our admin access from your Page.
What happens next
We confirm we received your request within 3 business days.
We may ask you to confirm your identity (for example by replying from the same Messenger account).
We complete deletion within 30 days of the request and tell you when it's done.
What we delete
Your Page-scoped ID, message text, name, and any details you sent, from our automation (Make.com) logs and records;
staff alert messages about your conversation in our private Telegram groups;
any conversation or request records we keep (for example in spreadsheets);
the conversation in the Page inbox, where we manage that Page.
For a Page owner: the bot's FAQ/knowledge base for your Page, your staff alert group, and your automation configuration.
What we may keep
Records of an order or payment you made, when Philippine tax or accounting law requires it. If so, we tell you what we kept and why, and delete it when the retention period ends. Data held by Meta itself (for example your own copy of the chat) is governed by Meta's policies; deleting the conversation on your side of Messenger doesn't delete our copy, so send us a request too.
