This policy explains what information we collect when you message the Kwent AI Facebook Page (facebook.com/kwentai) or a Facebook Page that uses our MSG-GROK service on Messenger, how we use it, who helps us process it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.
When MSG-GROK runs on a client's Page, that business decides why it uses Messenger and is responsible for its own customers' data; Kwent AI processes the messages on its behalf to provide the service.
When you message a Page that uses our service, we collect only:

Legal basis (Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, RA 10173): we process your information to respond to the request you make by messaging, to handle any order you place, and on our legitimate interest in providing customer service.
Replies may come from an automated AI assistant. It answers only from the Page's approved FAQ and says it is automated. If it can't answer, or you ask for a person (for example by typing "human"), it hands the conversation to staff. The assistant does not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the chat, and only for that purpose:

Some providers may store or process data outside the Philippines; we rely on their contractual and security commitments. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, for example a valid order from a government authority.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed; to access your information; to correct it; to object or withdraw consent; to delete or block it; to data portability; to be compensated for damages from wrongful processing; and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). Contact us as described in Section 8. We may ask you to confirm your identity, for example by sending the request from the same Messenger account.

We limit access to the team members who need it, use our providers' security protections, and keep access credentials private. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission when the law requires it.
Our Messenger service is not meant for children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we update this policy, we will change the "Last updated" date. For significant changes we will post a notice on our Page.
